Good to know.
What counts as a site?
One plant, warehouse, yard or project at one location. Everyone who works there can use a Starter or Suite licence. For several sites, write to us.
How is it billed?
Yearly in advance, by invoice, paid by bank transfer. Lite and Starter are shown per month so they're easy to compare; the invoice is for the year.
What is a line on the Lite plan?
A row in the main report you load: a requirement line, a purchase order line or a stock row. Lite runs up to 1,000 of them at a time.
Does Fullkit see our data?
No. Your licensed copy runs in the browser on your own computer, and setup is done from column names only. For a Diagnostic, you send the exports to us; they're used only for that work, never shared, and deleted within 30 days of delivery.
What are the founding prices?
Our first three clients, until 31 March 2027, get the Suite for $12,000 for the first year and the Diagnostic for $5,000, in return for permission to publish an anonymous case study.
Can a Diagnostic turn into a licence?
Yes. The Diagnostic fee is credited against the first year of a Suite licence taken within 90 days of the results.
What do we need to run it?
A computer with Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and your reports in Excel or CSV. Nothing to install and nothing for IT to integrate.
